After beginning her career in advertising, Ginny discovered her true passion at the intersection of design, function, and intentional living. With a strong eye for composition, detail, and storytelling, she approaches each project through both a creative and strategic lens.
Known for creating elevated interiors that feel both refined and deeply livable, Ginny leads each project with a full-service approach—collaborating closely with clients, builders, and trusted trades to create homes that feel timeless, functional, and deeply considered.
From large-scale renovations and custom new builds to full-home furnishings, the studio’s work is rooted in a simple philosophy: our homes have a profound influence on how we feel, gather, and live. Home should be a place of beauty, comfort, and refuge—a space designed to restore, support everyday living, and hold the moments that matter most.

PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
With a strong foundation in operations, business management, and client experience, Ashley brings both structure and strategy to the heart of Winnie & Co. She leads the studio’s day-to-day operations with a thoughtful, detail-driven approach, ensuring each project moves forward with clarity, organization, and care.
Known for her ability to balance precision with a highly personalized client experience, Ashley oversees procurement, vendor coordination, budgeting, and project execution—working closely with clients, builders, and trusted trade partners to bring each design vision to life seamlessly and intentionally.
From initial planning through final installation, Ashley plays an integral role in shaping the studio’s full-service experience. Her work is rooted in the belief that exceptional design is not only beautiful, but intentional—where every phase of execution is handled with care, clarity, and thoughtful attention to detail.
EMILY NOBLE
DESIGN ASSOCIATE
Emily brings a thoughtful blend of technical expertise and design insight to the Winnie & Co team. With experience supporting residential projects from concept through completion, she is passionate about ensuring each space is both beautifully considered and seamlessly executed. Emily’s detail-driven approach and collaborative spirit allow her to thoughtfully support the design process, helping the team deliver homes that feel refined, functional, and deeply aligned with the way our clients live.
